FAQ
1. What is MCCS?
MCCS stands for Mautix Collector’s Collaboration Series.
It is a limited art edition series created by Mautix in collaboration with selected digital artists. Each MCCS artwork is officially licensed by the artist, released in a limited edition, individually numbered, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
MCCS focuses on turning selected digital artworks into physical editions with careful material testing, framing, and presentation.
2. Are MCCS artworks made to order?
Yes. MCCS artworks are prepared individually after an order is placed.
Each piece goes through printing, inspection, framing, packaging, and final quality check before shipping. Because of this process, MCCS artworks are not shipped immediately like standard ready-stock products.
Estimated production and shipping information can be found in our Shipping Policy and on the product page.
3. Will sold-out editions be restocked?
No. Once a limited MCCS edition is sold out, the same edition will not be restocked or reissued.
Each artwork has a fixed edition size. After all numbered editions are sold, that specific edition will be considered complete.
4. What is the difference between Canvas Only and Acrylic Protection?
MCCS currently offers two presentation options: Canvas Only and Acrylic Protection.
Canvas Only is the standard MCCS presentation. It shows the matte canvas surface directly, with lower reflections and a more natural canvas texture.
Acrylic Protection adds an integrated acrylic layer for extra dust and touch protection. It is better suited for long-term display in everyday living spaces, but may introduce reflections, especially with darker artworks or strong lighting.
Please note that Acrylic Protection is an integrated framing option and cannot be removed by the collector after purchase.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, we primarily support PayPal for online payments.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you may create one during the payment process. We may expand payment options in the future based on customer needs and regional availability.
6. Do you ship internationally? What about Mainland China?
Yes, we support international orders.
For overseas orders, shipping fees and delivery methods may vary depending on the destination.
For customers in Mainland China, orders will not be shipped through international courier services. Instead, we may use domestic carriers such as SF Express or Deppon. Shipping fees for Mainland China orders will be waived, and no international shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes will apply.
We also plan to expand domestic sales channels in the future to provide a more localized purchasing experience for customers in Mainland China.
7. What shipping methods do you use?
For international orders, we prioritize reliable courier services such as DHL.
MCCS artworks are large-format, framed, fragile, and high-value items. For this reason, we prefer established international courier services that are better suited for handling valuable and delicate shipments.
For Mainland China orders, we may use domestic carriers such as SF Express or Deppon, depending on the destination and package requirements.
8. How are MCCS artworks packaged for shipping?
Each MCCS artwork is carefully packaged before shipment.
The framed artwork is protected with edge and corner protection. The artwork surface is covered with protective film or foam wrap, and the piece is then packed inside a shipping carton suitable for framed artwork.
Packaging may vary slightly depending on artwork size, destination, and shipping method, but our goal is always to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
9. What should I know before placing an order?
Before placing an order, please carefully review the artwork size, edition details, presentation option, shipping destination, estimated production time, and relevant policies.
MCCS artworks are limited, made-to-order framed art editions. Once an order enters the production or framing process, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.
